Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions, no questions asked.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ShelfSafe for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment. No explanation is required.

To request a refund, email support@shelfsafe.io from the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

The 30-day period begins on the date of your initial payment, not the date you first log in.

2. After 30 Days

After the 30-day refund window, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes cases where:

  • You no longer actively use the service
  • You decide to switch to a different plan or product
  • You forgot to cancel before your renewal date

We recommend setting a calendar reminder if you wish to evaluate ShelfSafe during the 30-day window.

3. Renewals

ShelfSafe subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your renewal date.

To prevent renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until that date.

Refunds are not issued for renewals that have already been processed. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances, billing errors, or duplicate charges. Contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
