Is there a free trial?

Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

What counts as a store?

Each physical location or warehouse is one store. All stores within an account share the same team and billing.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade at any time — your new limits apply immediately. To downgrade, cancel your subscription and your account reverts to Starter at period end.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Paddle (Stripe-backed). Monthly or annual billing.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact hello@shelfsafe.io for a full refund.
